TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Child Policy: Guests with children aged two or younger will not be charged extra for accommodation.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to check in time to us here at our website or by fax or email, by 13:00 hours (London time) failing this will result in one night charge for late cancellation or no shows.

General: The Hotel reserves the right to use another hotel in the same category or higher in the unlikely event of the hotel being unable to accommodate the reservation for whatever reason.

The check-in time is 13.00 hours and the checkout time is 11.00 hours (London time).
